A signed contract between Weddings With Lysa and the customers must be in place before the ceremony. The contract guarantees your specific date.

It is customary to request a small booking fee to hold your wedding date and time. Since this date & time is held for your personal wedding, if for any reason wedding plans must be cancelled, the booking fee is non-refundable.

The fee is only $50.00. (To pay the fee now, please go the Payment of Services page and click on the button for the $50 booking fee).

Weddings held outside of Northeast Ohio will be subject to a slight extra charge for travel and mileage.

Your booking fee may be paid via the website using Paypal. Credit / Debit Cards are accepted as payment through this website.

You do not need to have a paypal account.

We also accept Money Orders that may be mailed to us at PO Box 45352, Westlake, Ohio 44145.

Your final balance will be required prior to your ceremony (in cash).

Also, please be sure to bring your marriage license with you to the ceremony.

Your completed marriage license filing will be completed within three business days of the ceremony date.

ALL RETURNED PAYPAL FUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO $50 NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS CHARGE PLUS ANY OTHER CHARGES INCURRED BY Weddings With Lysa, AND THE POTENTIAL CANCELLATION OF SERVICES TO BE RENDERED.

Cancellation Policy:

We Understand that things happen and your date may need to be changed

IF you need to reschedule your ceremony, we will be happy to do so once if the alternate date is available.

**We Reserve the Right to Refuse to perform any ceremony if the bride/groom/wedding party or guest are under the influence of a controlled substance and /or alcohol.
